This is a 4-week live cohort with 1 live session per week - 4 live sessions in total. Across those four sessions we cover all six modules together, with live support and a group that won't let you quietly fall off.
By the end of week 1 you'll have mapped your real week, spotted the 6 tasks eating your time, and chosen exactly which ones to hand to AI first.
By the end of week 1 you'll have the right AI tools chosen, set up and tested on your actual work, with your first real prompts already saving you time.
By the end of week 2 you'll be writing prompts that get useful output the first time, with your own library of 90+ prompts ready to reuse.
By the end of week 3 you'll have built your own Meeting Assistant and Research Assistant, live in session, and started using them in your real week.
By the end of week 3 you'll have your repetitive tasks automated - so the work that used to eat your week runs itself.
By the end of week 4 you'll be able to create a Personal AI Workflow that runs the repetitive parts of your week, end to end.
